Install ip_masq_icq for a 90% fix, or you can forward ports using
ipmasqadm and the portfw/autofw modules in your kernel for a 70-80% fix.

ipmasqadm autofw -A -r tcp 32001 32050 -h <your.icq.client.ip>
Then just setup ICQ (I'm assuming Mirabilis' ICQ for Windows) to be ICQ ->
Preferences -> Connection -> I am on a LAN -> I am behind a firewall/proxy
-> I am not behind a SOCKS firewall -> I wish to have these ports
forwarded, 32001 to 32050, ok ok ok, restart ICQ and there you go :)
The ip_masq_icq is a more complete solution as it mangles ICQ packets
so that your remote IP is always sent in the packets, and so that LAN and
Internet mean little, you can always do transfers, etc.
Also, the packet timeouts are correct with ip_masq_icq. You will get
'Can't establish direct connection' even tho it is possible when you do
ipchains forwarding.
