WordPerfect's biggest problem was when they abandoned a perfectly good
interface to be like MS Word, but that is ancient history to most
here.
WP does write MS Word format, I just refuse to use it {:-) (Found
another IT employment agency that doesn't know how to import rtf
today).
Applixware has the wordprocessor, spreadsheet and sql database client.
I don't know if mail works (It didn't in 4.4.41).
Wordperfect has only the word processor.
