Apart from ones Kevin mentioned, in the personal range there is also 'emma' (try freshmeat) and gnucash. As far as I know, CBB is not double-entry. In the multi-user area, there is a project to make a web based accounting system: http://www.webaccountant.org, but laments about lack of progress. (The mailing list archive on that site has great discussions on issues, and references to XML work on exchanging financial data). There are references to stacks of commercial 'webledger' systems (as an end user, not for settting up) off http://www.gldialtone.com/. A good overview of accounting systems on Linux (and spreadsheets and other things) is Chris Browne's pages, but they are perhaps not up to date: http://www.hex.net/~cbbrowne/finances.html.
