A few weeks ago, I asked for some help regarding booting off a CD-R/RW drive
and installing Linux on a UDMA drive ... all on Abit's BE-6 motherboard.
I just like to thank everyone who helped, I looked around a bit more and
finally got my CD-R/RW drive to boot.
I didn't set the IDE channel in BIOS initially, setting it to "Autodetect"
and making it the master device (adjusting jumpers on CD-R/RW drive), since
i didn't have anything else on that IDE channel ... made it able to boot
from CD-ROM).
As for the UDMA drive, I gave up for now and install Linux via the normal
IDE channel (i.e. not via IDE3,4 which uses HPT366 controller).
