[SLUG] Good Web design proggie

I'm looking for a good text-based web page design program - Not GUI.  My
only real requirement is that it colours HTML tags.  I currently use
asWedit, but we've now moved to using SSI, and it can't handle the page
without the beginning & ending tags.

Anyone got any preferences they'd like to share?
