xosview will do the job

Run one of these on your windoze box;
[X servers for windoze]
http://tucows.mirror.aarnet.edu.au/files2/mix_2_0.zip  (shareware no limit)
http://tucows.mirror.aarnet.edu.au/files/xwp32.exe  (shareware 30 min
session limit)

then on the linux box, export DISPLAY to your windoze box like so;

linux$ export DISPLAY=10.0.1.5:0

change the IP address to the IP address of your windoze box. The ":0"
specifies which server you are exporting to. by default the X servers will
use "0". Then enter in;

linux$ xosview &

in a few seconds, xosview should pop up on your screen.
read the man pages for a whole swag of options you can configure.
