This is why you collect Blackbox Catalogues - for the pictures of
the plugs. These help you to identify the exact convertor cable
you need. Then you shop around of course.
Sorry, but it is a while since I had to source these and I can
not remember who is best. Maybe Microgram
(http://www.mgram.com.au) is worth a shot, but I couldn't find
anything in their dead tree version.
