Hi Rachel,
In one of the subdirectories installed it should have some sample configs,
either under configurations/ or something similiar (it could also be a subdir
under src/, i can't remember off-hand). They have a basic anonymous setup in
there.
Chris.
---------------------
I'm moving away from wu_ftpd as it's just a mess, maintenance and security wise.
Instead, I've decided to go with proftpd - it's a lot more like
apache, as far as it's config goes.
However I'm at a loss where to start. I have the software installed
but not configured.
Does anyone have a sample config so I can bootstrap an anonymous ftp
server and also a standard ftp config for normal user logins?
I'll be using proftp to replace wu_ftpd in the anon mode as well
as for basic ftp access to login accounts.
Once I have those, I can worry about specialising some groups later.
Anyone have some ideas, examples, demos &c?
