Microsoft is the McDonalds of the computer world. If I see another web
developer CV trumpeting the fact that they 'know' IIS, I'll puke. Typical
exchange:

THEM: "Yeah I've installed and run IIS for my previous employer as well."

ME: "And what security considerations did you make for IIS, what
precautions did you take to protect the server?"

THEM: "Oh, you don't need to worry about that, you just configure it and
it goes".
