No, sorry. From the slightly vague announcement that I saw, and
looking at it with my Specs of Optimism on, I thought it was a version
of Linux that (somehow!) ran under NT, so you could have full Windows
compatability (important if you're required to use it at work), and yet
still have Linux there (so you could work sensibly).
But as Ken says, it's a Linux distribution that can be installed on a
Windows filesystem instead of an ext2fs filesystem. But you still have
to boot from one into the other, so I didn't pursue it.

The only advice I can offer would be to check exactly which Windows
filesystem types are supported (FAT, FAT32, NTFS-NT, NTFS-W2K, etc.)
It sounds like it'd be helpful for some people, though.
For me, my worry would be a Windows process or a simple user error
accidentally altering a critical linux file. Like, adding CR/LF pairs
to the init.d scripts, or ...
