Ahh, you want CPU emulation. Nothing to do with endianness.

Wine is probably not what you want. Bochs (www.bochs.com), recently, GPL'd
does do CPU emulation and may be what you want. It can boot '95, NT and Linux
apparently. I've never tried it though (it was previously shareware).
Wine (and VNC and DosEMU and likely plex86, maybe even Win4Lin) are great if
you have an x86 box. VNC is actually reasonably useful between disparrent
architectures.
