Dear All, Has anyone got svncviewer (the non-X, svgalib viewer that links into a server running Xvnc) running? I'm having very little success - was able to get a 320x200 window to come up but it had no terminal our mouse (just a mouse cursor fixed on the centre of the screen) so I could do nothing. Tried 640x480 with various colour depths on the server and got a black screen with each attempt. I suspect that my /etc/vga/libvga.config file is not as it should be although I've tried many, many combinations. My motherboard has the video on it (it says TX Pro on a gold heatsink in the middle of the board) and should be rather popular since they sold these at computer fairs by the boatload a couple years ago. None of the VGA 'chipset' options in libvga.config jump out at me as being the 'right one' - letting svgalib autodetect comes up with a Trident which I think is wrong. Anyway, if anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it. By the way, vncviewer (the X version) works fine. Thank you.
