That will change the paper orientation in the printout but will not
alter the width, height or wrapping of the text. That is it will be
formatted for portrait but printed as landscape. Terry does need to use
LaTeX commands. See my posting with the attachment on how that's done.
Certainly though the regular LaTeX user will find that between dvips and
mpage (or psnup) one has considerable power over the arrangement and
formatting of the pages. A browse of the info or man pages for the above
will show many interesting things.
