Hi Rachel,

Unfortunately as far as I know they have done nothing illegal.  I seem to
remember there be no law against selling peoples details.  As far as I
remember having it described to me, they are allowed to possess, sell and
use the details, so long as they do not physically read them (ie. as long
as they do not read them with their own two eyes, automatically reading
them is fine).

Maybe all that I heard was garbage, but can anyone back up what I have
heard?
