Yes I strongly agree with Dave (I know SLUG is not considering baning
anyone yet). I would not like to see SLUG or other mailing lists ban
someone because they are a nut case (obvious from his home page). I
would rather add 1.0E6 nutters to my /dev/null list than to have even
one nutter banned.
That way 'I' decide who I want to listen to rather than the SLUG List
administrator or the opinion of a majority of SLUG subscribers.
If someone repeatedly spams a group then yes - that is a different story
and the SLUG admin person can and should take action then.
