Its not so much the management station, but the agent. UCD-SNMP agent
is designed to be easily extended. You can write modules to supply
data that isn't directly accessible by the kernel in C, perl, shell
or whatever.

You configure the agent, not the mib. The agent doesn't need the mib at all, 
and if you don't mind numbers, the client doesn't either.

Theres a "WWW Service MIB" which looks interesting, it seems to be aimed
more towards fault monitoring than accounting, though. I had a quick look
but I couldn't see any mention of it in the ucd-snmp package, but its
an rfc, so maybe it will get put in one day.
