I just posted on this yesterday or the day before; so check the
archives for the full details.
Basically www.granitecanyon.com will do free DNS hosting; progsoc will
do secondary if you like.
For web redirects and such www.capibara.com will do it. A good overview
is at www.tookish.net - basically you should be able to get everything
but email happening for about ~$12.
