[SLUG] CGI script and Apache

Howdy

I have a CGI script (attached) that did work, but for some reason httpd is
returning the following error when I try to run it on my machine.

[Fri May 19 14:54:03 2000] access to /www/cgi-bin/mailfeedback.cgi failed for
seldon, reason: Premature end of script headers

Can anyone suggest what the problem might be ?
I have only just configured Apache 1.1.3 to support CGI scripts so it is
possible the error lies their.
