they are.
Narrow SCSI (SCSI-1) 5 Mb/s Single ended 50 pin 8 bit 10 Mhz bus
Fast SCSI (SCSI-2) 10 Mb/s Single ended 50 pin 8 bit 10 Mhz bus
Ultra Scsi 20 Mb/s Single ended 50 pin 8 bit 20 Mhz bus
Fast Wide SCSI 20 Mb/s Single ended 68 pin 16 bit 10 Mhz bus
Ultra Wide SCSI 40 Mb/s Single ended 68 pin 16 bit 20 Mhz bus
Ultra2 SCSI 80 Mb/s LVD(*) 68 pin 16 bit 40 Mhz bus
Ultra160 SCSI 160 Mb/s LVD(*) 68 pin 16 bit 40 Mhz bus
Notes: "bus" indicates the bus clock speed for each type
"LVD" is low voltage differential - special cables and signal types
