Hmm, did anybody else notice a change in the handling of symlinks between
2.2.13 and 2.2.14?
I, overnight, upgraded to SuSE 6.4 from 6.3. Suddenly, my symlinks are
not appearing as they should in an ls -l
Before, they would have the appropriate colour for the type of file/dir
that the symlink was linked to after the -> or gray if it was broken. Now
they are all gray. Although they still work for 'some' things. I get
random little errors of symlink-hook: could not get current directory and
Gnome doesn't like /opt being a symlink anymore.
[annoyed]
Andrew.
