David pointed out you need to be have entries masquarading for protocol 47
and port 1723 for this work correctly.
Something you may need is ip_masq_vpn <URL:
ftp://ftp.rubyriver.com/pub/jhardin/masquerade/ip_masq_vpn.html> which when I have had
to use it works well.
