[SLUG] RPM rpm problem

Heh, I went to install php-4 from the Redhat "rawhide" directory.  But it
needs rpm version 4.  No problem, I think, I can install that first.

$ rpm -U rpm-4.0-0.33.i386.rpm 
only packages with major numbers <= 3 are supported by this version of RPM
query of rpm-4.0-0.33.i386.rpm failed

The rpm for rpm-4 only works with rpm-4!!
