To be honest, I don't know - but I doubt it's a linux driven thing - or,
at least, not as fiercly a driven linux thing as Rednhat would have us
believe.

I think I managed to upgrade 3.x to 4.2 once. Once. :-)

Yeah, that's pretty much what I do - or until I find something which I
want to install that won;t work without an upgrade.
