The missing cd-rom saga continues.
We pulled the cd-rom out of the box and discovered that the cd is
in fact on a different scsi card to the hard drives and is jumpered
to SCSI ID 5. Why it shows up in /proc/scsi/scsi as ID 8 I don't know
but it also shows up at boot time.
Anyway the scsi card is an ISA aha-1510. Did a search on freshmeat
for aha1510, no results. Searched adaptec.com, they have drivers
for Doze, OS2 and Sco Doh!. Anybody know if there is a driver for
Linux for the adaptec aha-1510 scsi card?
