Not as such, but you might like to chase up the notes from last years
Video Fest, especially Mr Possum Cam's ones (considerations in
spotting your object), and you might also like to have a look at
"motion" (although this might be just a diff # pixel prog).

Also might be something in the archive (vagule remember someone else
asking somthing similar) - but the date is probably 3-8months ago.
