DSZ. It's not free, but from memory it didn't cost much.
There are a number of "free" ones, but you generally get what you pay for
- in 15 years running a BBS, DSZ was the only reliable one I found.

You could see if you could find the source toRZ and SZ and just compile
them on NT - not sure if you'll be able to, though.
