incompetence, disinterest, ignoring best practice, evidence that the company
knew of the potential danger and failed to act to protect its
customers.............................Sounds like a negligence action
waiting to happen.

And given that they don't volenteer to rebate customers for service outages
and in fact even deny that they have had any................ they probably
won't find a sympathetic court .......... indeed they could even find
themselves on the wrong end of an ACCC class action for misleading
consumers.

Guess those of us who are affected should be looking for a good solicitor-
preferably one who works on a no win no fee basis and takes takes his fee
out of the settlement.
