Two things to try..
1. Have you got the uucppublic area setup and working? Perhaps it stores
them there temporarily
2. Perhaps you have to have an account on all the machines?
3. Perhaps it was never designed to do this, and you are in fact refering
to something that only mail (rmail) could do. (I think this is the correct
answer)..
I believe back in APANA days when we used to do multi-homed batching, we
were in fact calling uux on the intermediate machine..
Ie./
uux machinea!uux "uux machineb!program"
Or something to that effect..
