APC are going to be doing another pocketbook shortly and they were
wondering if anyone had someone useful comments on the previous ones
that they'd care to share so that they can improve the next one.
Ashton, who editing it, has asked me not to publicise his email so you
can either:
a. send it to the list, and I'll collect any comments and forward them
b. send them to me privately and I'll forward them
c. ask me for his address privately.
I won't be editing any of the comments send my way (I don't have the time),
so please make them constructive (i.e. something like "don't do another one"
probably wouldn't be useful).
