I figure i might just mention the voodoo 3 tv is supported in linux
so if you want a good 3d, 2d and video capture card i recommend it.
Video capture works in linux (experimental) and has recently been
backported
to 2.2.x (16+), requires cvs i2o and cvs v3tv driver module

sound needs work, but i just use a vcr through line in on my sblive
(alsa)
composite input is as good as i could ask for, been watching movies all
week
although the driver has the habit of starting out in ntsc, requiring you
to
right click in xawtv, change to pal, then to ntsc, then to pal again and
things
are ok from then on (this needs to be done once per boot)

pro's
excellent all round video card

excellent video capture

multimedia "pod", a 1.5m cable with svideo and composite input and
output on the
one nice little dongle

all in one, on agp

con's

price

will be lost when you get a new 2d card (unless dual agp ports exist)

drivers still beta, no rpms (for babies)

I recommend it for the linux initiated who isnt affraid to patch in
backports and play with cvs code. (sounds *much* worse than it is)
