In the dark ages you could get the typist to hang up the CP/M box by
accidentally pressing SHIFT-BACKSPACE (same as ^P) on the dumb terminals.
Used to go round with a paperclip and short out the appropriate pins on the
DB25 to give it an ACK or something. I think we ended up telling them to
just turn the printer on.
