HI all,

I have a client in Canberra, they have one of these new Stallion Epipe
servers.
It is basically a firewall/proxy/router in a box. (I think it is some sort
of embedded BSD inside)

They are connected to Telstra direct.
Intermittently (twice in 4 days) they stop working. The call is still up to
Telstra (the techs at telstra could see it), if I ping the clients address I
get the following:

>From FastEthernet0.civ4.Canberra.telstra.net (203.50.10.6): Source Quench

When I ask the client to reboot the box, the call drops and then the message
stops, then a normal ping resumes after the call is re-negotiated.
Like all Telstra direct address's, the customer's IP is 139.130.x.x, the
address 203.50.10.6 is the telstra dialin router that the client dials to.

I have never seen "Source Quench" before. explanation please?
(god I wish I just sent a linux box down there)

tia Ian
