I am intrested in setting up a dial in connection to my linux box. It will
probly run deb if possible but i may have to fall somthing more like RH or
mandrake or somthing a bit more

I am only haveing one user &
one modem for starters so I dont have to do anything majorly complicated.
The client box only really needs internet access w/ nothing special.
Before i start a reading frenzie what is the
good way of doing this,

are there any good simple guides to get me off the ground, I have had a
look at the PPP howto and it seems to cover pretty much everything
without giving a simple (add this type of thing to this file).
