Licensing
Another thing to look at is licensing. Allot of companies, I know we all
have
seen it where 1 licence of Office is shared among computers. If the company
gets a visit from the piracy police they would be up for a lot of money.
technically a
full version of office sets you back about $1000 a licence. although there
is no
renewal licence you'll be surprised how much it will cost the company to
legitimately licence all there office users.
So another tack is the legal problems with office.
Personally I found the 5.2 saves to word format very nicely.
