vi, nedit, gvim, notepad (Yup! at the customer's site, or DOS
vi.exe)
GUI based:
quanta, amaya, communicator (rarely), frontpage express if
desparate, M$ Word if even more desparate at the customer's site.
Verification:
Netscape, quanta, hotjava, IE5
Faves:
vi, gvim, quanta.
