Hi all, (now that I have control of this dastardly MS keyboard again...)

I'd like to start a small project to combine a couple of my favourite
pastimes, but I need a few collaborators; hopefully, some of you would like
to mix these disparate interests too. :)

That's right - I'm talking about singing and Free Software.

There are a few opportunities for performance coming along, such as
linux.conf.au, and whispers of a SLUG party at the end of the year, so it
certainly wouldn't be "singing to the wind". A little geek choir could be
quite entertaining... or just funny. :)

I'm sure you're aware of the Free Software Song (the only recording I could
find: <URL: http://www.jwz.org/why-cooperation-with-rms-is-impossible.mp3>)
and the recent DeCSS song. I'm sure we can find a few more geeky tunes.

Adrian van den Dries has put his musical career on the line and agreed to
arrange and conduct the music for us.

Please send me an email if you're interested.

- Jeff

Ye shall be cursed to fall in love so easily, and yet be so
cold of heart as never to express it.
