I did one better. I rang them and told them that http was really slow, and
that i couldn;t find a problem at my end, and that it might be a problem
with there tranparent proxy.

The guy logged a fault for me, and after i got off the phone the penny
fropped, and i went and changed the mtu on the machiens,a nd hey presto.

oops :)
