Normally Mailman emails you every month; so I get about 15 different
email from various mailmans telling me what my password is.
For the slug and announce list I've explicitly turned that option off as
there is no way an individual subscriber can say 'never send me reminders,
I'll ask for them'.
Which is especially needed for the slug/announce lists as both have a number
of mail exploders (no, they don't destroy email) and archivers subscribed.
