As this is a Linux group, I have to assume she's running OE under Wine.
You'll probably find that OE under Wine is a bad idea as it depends on
Internet Explorer which is really hard to get running properly. Get her to
use mutt, pine or even Netscape's mail reader. They work much better under
linux than Outlook Express.
