Well, it isn't a stupid question, but if it thinks I'm going to enter
the path for every bit it is to patch, then it is stupid.

Basically I'm in /usr/src/SOURCES/bttv and I have a diff file to apply.
Yep I've never applied a diff before

So man patch suggests "patch <patchfile" in the bttv directory, except
patch then lists all the patchs to be applied complete with correct
relative path and name of the file to be patched and wants me to enter
the same stuff.

How do I tell it it has the correct info - just apply the patches?
