written for the Logitech Quickcam express(dont rush out and buy one).

by the by I picked up an old webstar scanner that had been sold
through
tandy. Turns out it is an Mustek scanner that has been rebadged if you
ever
need to find out check the fcc number on equipment and go to www.fcc.org
