My current boss (Bless his idiotic heart) called me into the office
the other day to discuss a few things.
This was on the tail of a IT piss up^H^H^H^H^conference that he
attended.
In short, he was wondering if we could deploy Linux to replace a few
NT servers, but they needed to be as reliable as the current systems
and also had the ease of maintainability.
I preceeded to enlighten him that we had been running Linux in these
areas for the last 2 years.
Talk about being absolutely thick !!!!
At least he knows what a VPN is (Vitally Planned Network).
No wonder the team under him doesn't tell him anything anymore
