I just grabbed the Wyse 60 manual that was hanging round here.
You can set a Wyse 60 into "VT100 Personality" mode by entering the
sequence:
ESC ~ ;
You can also reset the terminal to initial state with:
ESC c
It might be easier to get the terminal to emulate VT100 than to stuff around
with term types.
