Yes. :) Most (all?) ISPs won't let you relay mail unless you are dialed up
to them and thus have an appropriate ip. Otherwise, they'd be prime targets
for spamming, and then RBLing, and then Class Action Lawsuiting. Or
something like that.
If you're connected to another network, simply change your relay to their
SMTP server.
