Just pipe a file with the relevant POST data into lynx.
If you don't know what data you need to pass, use an HTML parser (available
for Perl, Python, whatever your fancy) to determine the form fields that
need to be filled, and pass the appropriate data.
Perhaps you're not describing the problem effectively enough to "generate
the optimal direct answer." ;)
