Ummmmm, it could be:
* portmapper not running... (most likely)
* portmapper access denied (use /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny)
* NFS server doesn't like you (naaaaaahhhh)
* /etc/exports would have to be exporting to an IP, why not use DNS or /etc/hosts?
* specify "-t nfs" for mount?
It's probably one of the first 2, but it's been that long since i fixed that error on
my server, that i don't remember rightly
And you aren't bothering me, or the list :-)
