I don't think that this is an off topic question. Embedded linux is about
to go ballistic in my opinion. Anyway: try to find out who makes the flash
ram, quite a few of the manufacturers now have linux drivers for their
modules. There are even some with a standard IDE interface that don't
require special drivers.
Once you have the appropriate driver, it should be possible to boot
directly, however, most people I have spoken to go the dos loadlin route.
I haven't solved this problem before, but it's one that I have been
interested in for quite some time, if you wan't, email me off list. I
might be able to help
