I've been running an HP Surestore DAT24 (DDS/3) on a Dell Box using an
Adaptec 2940U2/W running RH6.2 - with no problems - though I've only used
DDS/2 tapes with it.
I have also used an Advansys 930 with an old Sony Dat drive (DDS/1) with
RH6.2 and that's fine too.
