Yep. I have a PC at work that bounces between NT4 and Debian Woody with KDE2,
and Konqueror is nice. As is Mozilla M18. I've had a couple of pages where
Konqui didn't quite do what I expected, but on the other hand I am unreasonably
impressed by its ability to use Netscape plugins. Speed wise there seems little
in it. We're lucky enough now to have two fine OpenSource browsers.
