I don't many of those messages but I'll note that shortly after seeing
this kind of message the disk in question died (fortunately all easily
recreatable data). 

I believe it is the hdb disk doing sector reallocation (it has 
encountered a bad one, re-mapping it, and failing to respond to the
driver in a reasonable time).
